Large agricultural land - Povljana, island of Pag.

Agricultural land with a size of 59,596 m2 in one piece is a rarity on the market, especially on the Adriatic coast. This land is located in the immediate vicinity of the road that connects two smaller towns on the island of Pag, but is sufficiently isolated from traffic and settlements to provide complete peace and privacy. About 50 meters of beaten white road leads from the asphalt to the field. On the field there are two old barns and several dry walls. The terrain is completely fenced with stone. There is an open view of the sea from the entire field.

On agricultural land of this size, it is legally allowed to engage in agricultural activities, for example, planting permanent Mediterranean-type plantations - olives, immortelles or the like.
