The construction will be executed using bricks and reinforced concrete seismic elements. The load-bearing walls will be 30 cm thick and strengthened at the corners. The roof will be flat with a slope of 2%.

The buildings will have extremely low energy consumption, thanks to high-quality thermal insulation and thoughtful orientation of living spaces, allowing for maximum utilization of solar energy. PVC windows with triple thermal insulation glazing will be installed. Heating will be provided by an air-water heat pump via underfloor heating, and later, connection to the public gas network will also be enabled.

The project includes small wastewater treatment plants, but due to the construction of a public sewer nearby, it is possible that connection to the public sewage system will be available next year.

The buildings will be separated by a fence.
