• The inner side of the walls: treated with mechanical plasters.
• Cement screeds: installed throughout the building.
• Suspended ceilings (plasterboard panels laid on the structure): implementation throughout the building. All installations: hidden in the suspended ceiling.
• Roof: roofing foil - protected by small stones.

3. INSTALLATIONS

• Thermal energy (warm and cold): provided by a heat pump based on the air-water system.
• Temperature regulation in the rooms: ensured by a combination of floor heating and convectors. It is a fully automatic temperature regulation system, but we can influence individual parameters.
• The entire facility: actively ventilated with the support of a recuperator.
• The outdoor pool: heated via a heat pump.

4. FINAL PROCESSING

• Finishing works: done in accordance with the project, or according to the agreement with the customers.
