A beautiful house with a pool surrounded by boundless vineyards

We are selling an unique house with a swimming pool, located on a quiet estate of 1746 m2, surrounded by vines and nature.

The pool is surrounded by carefully tended Mediterranean plants and manicured lawns, which create a homely and pleasant atmosphere. In warm weather, it is possible to stay completely outdoors.

Next to the swimming pool there is also a glazed building in which there is a fitness room, a sauna and a small bathroom, from where we have a view of the garden and the swimming pool and the vineyards.

The basement rooms can be reached through the passage next to the kitchen. There is a boiler room, a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer, and a storage room. It is possible to arrange the basement rooms into a social space and arrange another bathroom next to it.

The whole house has underfloor heating. A heat pump is also installed.

There is a large gravel yard in front of the house, which allows for comfortable parking of several cars. Arranged high beds next to the house enable the cultivation of local vegetables and fruits.
