Southern Pašman, Donje More, Druce, Robinson Tkon, an attractive plot of land on the sea coast is for sale, a neglected olive grove with wide dry walls overgrown with Mediterranean grass, and which is separated from the sea by only 6 m of publicly owned coastal strip.

In one part, the land has a regular rectangular shape, slightly inclined towards the sea, and measures approx. 38 m x 17 m in the upper part and x 12 m in the lower part to the sea, which gives a total of 505 m2 of property.
