Pašman, Tkon building plot with a sea view. A building plot of 2,004 m2 in a rectangular shape with dimensions of approximately 28m x 71.5m from the sea and the beach, which is currently being reconstructed and arranged, about 150 meters wide street. The land, essentially an olive grove, is gently sloped towards the sea with an unobstructed view. On its northeast side, it is situated next to a short street that immediately connects to the main island road. On the southwest side, it leads to a forest path that can be walked to the top of the hill where the only male Benedictine monastery in Croatia is located, a monument of the first category and a beautiful viewpoint. All necessary infrastructure (electricity and water) is right in front of the plot.

According to the main drainage project, a connection for wastewater drainage is also planned, for which it is essential to foresee the construction of a septic tank or bio pit. The land, in accordance with the provisions for implementing the spatial planning of the Municipality of Tkon, is suitable for the construction of one or more residential buildings as well as auxiliary facilities.

Three mixed goods shops, two butcheries, a fish market, a pharmacy, a medical clinic, taverns and restaurants, cultural monuments, well-maintained sandy and rocky beaches, cycling roads and mountain trails, viewpoints from which there is a view of both the northeast - Pašman Channel and the southwest - Middle Channel and Kornati archipelago, as well as numerous entertainment and sports events in recent years, make this old fishing and farming place one of the most sought-after Adriatic destinations.
