Here’s a quick overview of our Victorville property: The APN is 3105-201-15, and the 7.12-acre property is located on the west side of Amethyst Road, just south of Palmdale Road (Hwy 18), and just north of Dos Palmas Road. The approved plans called for 762 storage units totaling 86,925 rentable square feet, in addition to 118 RV spaces, both enclosed and covered. The project had been recognized by the City of Victorville’s Planning Department as being a model for all future self storage development in the city, and they said at the time that they would like to see this project built. We had an approved Conditional Use Permit that has now expired.
