The sugar mill house lies in the north of Grenada, near Sauteurs, overlooking the Grenadines. the old tower is integrated into the house, it is part of the large apartment on the upper level. parts of the old stone work can also be seen in one of the two guest apartments downstairs. On the upper level of the house there is a small studio apartment with a separate entrance and the main apartment which is one big open space where living, dining and the kitchen is situated, facing the sea and opening out to the large covered verandah. from the living area the wooden steps take you to the 3 levels of the tower. a very spacious bathroom with a large shower is situated on the back of the apartment. Both apartments have their own entrance and electricity meters. They can both be supplied from the rain water tank or NAWASA.
