Upon entering the automated gate, you can park your car in front of the apartments. The apartments have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen and a living room with doors on two sides leading to a veranda. From the veranda you have a beautiful view of nature. The high ceilings provide a very spacious and tropical feeling. The master bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning. The apartments are both furnished and unfurnished for rent. In May 2018 the swimming pool at the resort will be ready. This swimming pool is shared with the residents of the resort. These apartments are available per May 1st, 2019 for a minimum rental period of 6 months. The rent is ANG. 1500 per month unfurnished and ANG. 1650 furnished. Pets are not allowed. Cas Abou Cas Abou is a community between Willemstad and Westpunt. Cas Abou Resort & Villas is a small resort, which you drive past if you want to go to the Cas Abou beach. There are 8 apartments on the resort. It is fenced, and in the evening from 11 am until the morning 7 am there is a security guard. Playa Cas Abou, a worldwide top ten beach with spectacular turquoise water, is less than 5 minutes drive. For residents of this resort, the beach access is free.
