Upon entering the entrance notice a fully furnished office including air conditioning and a good size living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. The entire first floor is the master suite and features a bathroom and closet. A cooling breeze is always present through the shutters on both sides of the porch which makes it very pleasant. On the ground floor there are three separate bedrooms with three private bathrooms, these can also be used as guest rooms. The uniqueness of the three bedrooms is that all three have ocean views.
