The apartments have a living area of 7.5m x 12.8m, comprised of a porch, two bedrooms with airconditioning, two bathrooms provided with warm water, a living room and kitchen. All apartments are provided with 110/220v electrical outlets. All expenses incurred for the shared facilities such as the landscaping, deep well and irrigation system, pool , fences, and infrastructure electricity, TV and internet will be transferred to the Owners Association. Buyers are compulsory members of the Owners Association and can vote to elect members of the VVE board. Members of the Owners Association board do not necessarily need to be members of the Owners Association.
