Sveti Filip i Jakov, Turanj, island of Babac, attractive building plot of 3064 m2 with sea view for sale. It is located at the top of the island's main street, 200 m from the beach and port. The spatial plan prescribes special conditions for the construction of residential buildings on the island of Babac, according to which the minimum area of the building lot is 300 m2, which means that the land in question may or may not be divided into several building lots.

• the maximum construction (gross) area of all above-ground floors is 400 m2

• new construction must not disturb the appearance of the existing older construction, that is, new buildings cannot have a flat roof.

Recently, the Municipality has organized the cleaning of roads and paths on the island and is implementing a project to install public lighting. The rehabilitation and conservation of the bastion as a part of the once fortified old settlement, which is intended to be presented as part of a rich cultural and historical heritage, has also begun.
