Woodlawn St. is one of the most darling streets in town. Tree lined, full of older homes and within walking distance of the square. 620 is unique in that this is not a fixer upper. You get to enjoy the hard work of every homeowner before you, including us! The family who sold us the home is 2011 remodeled the kitchen, updated the electrical system, tore down the existing garage and built a new one, and installed a privacy fence. Since we have moved in, we have remodeled all the bathrooms, painted the entire interior of the house, rebuilt the staircase, installed high-end window treatments, built a deck off the back door which is the main entrance for our family as we come and go, built a custom built-in bench in the master bedroom, and most recently, relandscaped and restored the original hardwood floors upstairs. We have loved this home and cannot say enough about this street and the people who live on it, from young kids to retirees.
