Tharp Real Estate Appraisers in Columbiana and two years of hands-on real estate sales experience, she brings a strong foundation of industry knowledge, organization, and client-focused service to every transaction. Before her career in real estate, Amanda spent seven years working in sales and finance, developing the communication and negotiation skills that help her clients succeed.

As a proud resident of Columbiana, Amanda has extensive knowledge of the local market and surrounding communities. Her familiarity with the area allows her to provide buyers and sellers with valuable insight, helping them make informed real estate decisions with confidence.



When she’s not assisting clients, Amanda enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, swimming, fishing, and exploring the outdoors with her husband, Corey, and their dog, Mac.
