My name is Mechele Cook. I am a licensed real estate agent working in North San Diego County and Riverside County. I have been a North County Resident for many years and know the areas entirely. I am a native Californian. I work with all buyers from first time buyers to investors and specialize in working with buyers and sellers who want to upgrade their homes either before selling or once purchased. I grew up in my family's real estate office and have been involved in real estate, in one way or another, my entire life. I have personal hands on real estate experience as a homeowner, investor, landlord, and with many residential remodels. I have built homes and have an extensive construction background. I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to real estate sellers, buyers, and investors. I hold a BS degree in Business Administration and a California Insurance License. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), and the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR).
