His grandfather, Jack Weisser , along with his father and uncles, founded Weisser Development , a pioneering force behind Sun 'n Lake Estates in Lake Placid and Sebring, Florida. Their vision transformed over 7,500 acres into a premier golf and residential destination. Continuing this legacy, Chad and his late father successfully flipped homes in the early 2000s, laying the groundwork for his future in real estate. In 2017 , Chad officially earned his real estate license to pursue his lifelong passion for the industry.
