Currently, he serves as a National Armorer for the Federal Air Marshal Service, where he applies his expertise, precision, and commitment to excellence on a national scale.


Mr. Stakeman holds an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor's Degree in Homeland Security & Emergency Management. His education, combined with his military and federal service, has instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, integrity, and reliability—qualities he now brings to his career in real estate.


He is a licensed New Jersey real estate salesperson with Century 21 Rauh & John's, located in Sewell, NJ, and is a proud member of The Manzoni & Lanzilotti Team. Passionate about helping others, Mr. Stakeman is especially committed to serving veterans and families in his community as they navigate the process of buying or selling a home. His goal is to ensure clients feel supported and confident as they make one of life's most important decisions.
