I have been living in the Northwest most of my life. My first introduction to Washington State was when I joined the Navy and was stationed at NAS Whidbey Island. I have lived all over this state and am very familiar with Skagit, Island and Whatcom County. This is an advantage for my clients that I know possible areas they might want to explore based on their needs. The negotiation skills I have learned over the past 40 years as a professional negotiator are also an advantage for clients. Negotiating the best possible deal for both buyers and sellers is my goal. My client's goals are what I strive to make happen. I enjoy making people happy.
