Hi! I’m Charity Schuman.


I’ve lived in Ohio since I was 3 years old and I come from a big family. I’m the youngest of 7! I have a background in building maintenance, which I have thoroughly enjoyed, and I work alongside my husband in his landscaping company whenever he needs an extra hand.


In my down time you will find me getting coffee with friends, reading historical fiction, working on art projects, trying to keep my numerous plants alive, roasting coffee, and learning how to bake. Through the summer I go fishing with my husband, and during the fall and winter, hunting for deer.


Growing up in a small town my siblings and I spent all of our time together with our group of friends. We almost always ended up at our house playing in the yard or having movie nights. Our home was a place that was inviting and comfortable. I will always look back with joy on those times spent in my childhood home. My desire is for everyone to be able to make those kinds of memories, and I would love the opportunity to be part of making that happen by helping you find the house that will be your home.
