A former business owner, Tim has been an active member of the Northern Virginia and Washington DC communities since 2000. His 18 years experience in his customer service-based business has fine tuned his natural ability to observe what the client’s needs and wants are. His client relations skills and meticiulous attention to details are in his DNA and have consistently made him a customer favorite. Tim carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything he does. His love for real estate grew from purchasing his own homes and investment properties in the metro DC area. And while commercial and investment real estate and the ever changing market can be challenging, he has helped clients diversify stock portoflios into real estate holdings on both small income producing properties up to larger business ownership property assets. On the residential side, Tim employs much of the same stretegies as with commercial holdings, return on investment and a solid exit strategy for the property. Regardless of price, he never looses sight that every home is someones "dream home". Tim understands that your home is more than just a place to live, it's where you make long-lasting memories. When Tim isn’t making homeownership and investment dreams come true for his clients, he enjoys getting dirty with home improvement projects and helping with a local dog rescue group to give disadvantaged dogs a second chance. Tim lives in Fairfax City with his foster dogs, Garrett and Lola.
