Miranda did not initially see herself in the real estate industry. She passed her licensing exam on a dare and a whim from a local friend, but she was still enjoying a successful career in the healthcare industry. After a few years, Miranda decided to make the “jump” to fully focus on her real estate career. She has since had a good amount of success, including “Rookie of the Year” for 2020 and “Top Producer” for 2021. While great accomplishments, her greatest achievement is receiving the “Quality Performance” award for 2021. This is based solely on past client feedback on her ability to communicate, negotiate, and place the clients needs at the forefront. This is the award that Miranda strives to achieve yearly and is part of her personal mission statement. Miranda's focus is on residential real estate, including primary residences, 2 nd homes, relocations, investment properties and vacant land. She works in the northeast Florida region, and has recorded sales in and around Nassau, Duval St Johns Counties. When not working, you can find Miranda on the recreational ball fields around Fernandina Beach with her 3 sons. She can also be found on the boat with her husband, navigating all the beautiful waters of northeast Florida.
