Michele is the Relocation Director and co-owner for Century 21 Excellence. Michele has been in real estate for over 26 years, specializing in relocation for fourteen of those years. After starting her career as an agent in 1994 with Century 21 Joe Walker, Michele earned Floyd Wickman’s Shining Star Award. Additionally, she received Century 21’s Master Award every year she worked as a full-time agent (1996-2001). Michele oversees all aspects of relocation for the company, and handles referrals from Cartus as well as many other third party relocation companies
Michele holds the following certification, CRP (Certified Relocation Professional), GDS (Global Destination Specialist), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), ASP (Accredited Staging Professional), PPS (Professional Property Stager) and CTA (Columbus Tourism Ambassador). Michele holds a bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting. Prior to her Real Estate career she was the CFO for two corporations.
Michele is an active member of several organizations including Treasurer for the American Relocation Alliance, Worldwide ERC, Relocation Director’s Council, Relocation Council of Central Ohio, and Great Lakes Relocation Council. She was Event Planner for the Century 21 Greater Ohio Broker Council. Michele served on two different regional Real Estate area boards of directors.
