Brooke Tolleson Ivey is a licensed real estate agent serving the state of Georgia and Alabama. From growing up on a farm in Carroll County and graduating from the University of West Georgia with a bachelor’s in Marketing (Go Wolves!), Brooke is truly at home in the West Georgia/East Alabama area.


After seven years of helping people plan the biggest day of their lives in the wedding industry, Brooke decided to transition to helping people make the biggest purchase of their lives: their home. As a fourth-generation realtor, she knows what it takes to buy and sell a home. She also specializes in helping you find a perfect piece of land to build your dream home on!


In her spare time, she enjoys trying out different restaurants with her husband on date night, exploring the great outdoors with their 4 kids, going to country music concerts, and juggling sporting events with the kids.
