Married since 1975, they moved to the Columbus area in 1991 while maintaining close ties to family in Brown County. With extensive backgrounds in sales, home planning, and design, Bev and Dave bring a wealth of expertise to the real estate industry. Dave worked for 37 years as a Parts Manager in local car dealerships, earning multiple awards for top sales before retiring. He has been a licensed REALTOR® for 19 years, specializing in home planning and construction. Bev holds a degree in Interior Design and spent 11 years as a deaf interpreter for the local school corporation before transitioning into real estate. With over 19 years of experience, she specializes in home planning, staging, marketing, and sales. She was named REALTOR® of the Year in 2015 by CAR and is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) as well as a licensed Real Estate Educator, teaching pre-licensing courses for future agents in Indiana.
