Let me introduce myself! My spouse and I enjoy our family, church and neighborhood associations and activities. We LOVE Arizona - the sunny, blue sky days are amazing! My spouse is still involved in his field of commercial real estate development, currently employed in our native state of Montana, so we maintain a home there also. We enjoy the BEST of both areas - SUNSHINE - and crystal clear lakes, rivers and streams! Life is great in so many ways!


My interest in real estate began while employed in SLC, UT where I contacted potential retail tenants for a neighborhood shopping center and a newly constructed office building. Opportunities for my spouse led our family to Washington state where I first became licensed in real estate. I have over 24 years of residential and commercial real estate experience.
