In 1977, Pete took the helm of CENTURY 21 First Choice, leading the company to become a trusted name in local real estate.

Pete’s leadership extends beyond his role as Broker-Owner. He’s a former President of the York County Association of REALTORS®, the Tega Cay Lions Club, and the Fort Mill Rotary Club. His service to the community has earned him numerous accolades, including REALTOR® of the Year, Rotarian of the Year, and Citizen of the Year.

Beyond real estate, Pete enjoys spending time outdoors, whether he's shooting sporting clays or relaxing with his wife, Linda, and their beloved golden retriever, Molly.
