LaMonica Harrison's journey of service began in June 2002 when the Cleveland, Ohio native enlisted in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. For over two decades, she provided essential medical care to active-duty Sailors, Marines, and their families, cultivating expertise in compliance, management, leadership, and communication. Her career evolved, leading her to become a Climate/Equal Opportunity Specialist, where she spearheaded the development, revision, and enforcement of critical equal opportunity policies. Her distinguished military career, spanning 22.5 years, was marked by numerous awards, commendations, and honors, testament to her exceptional skills and dedication.

Beyond her military achievements, LaMonica is an accomplished academic. She holds a BA in Healthcare Administration and is nearing completion of her Master's in Human Behavior Psychology, complemented by various professional licenses and certifications.

In 2018, LaMonica began her journey in real estate. Having relocated frequently during her distinguished naval career, she understood the unique needs of transitioning individuals and families. Now a California resident since 2022, her passion for helping others perfectly aligns with her goal: to guide clients through their real estate endeavors, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable process as they achieve their property goals with confidence.
