I was born just across the state line in Loris, SC, but I spent most of my life in North Carolina's Piedmont Triad region. My passion for real estate began in the mid-1990s when I earned my license and joined one of the largest firms in the Triad. Over the years, I developed a deep understanding of the industry, helping buyers and sellers navigate the market with confidence.

My wife, Phoebe, and I first visited Oak Island in 1982, and it didn't take long for us to fall in love with its charm, natural beauty, and welcoming community. We initially invested in rental property here, but in the fall of 2017, we made our dream a reality by moving to Oak Island full-time. After retiring from my career as a National Account Manager for a major manufacturer in Winston-Salem, I reactivated my real estate license with the goal of helping others find their perfect place on the coast. Whether it's a permanent residence, a vacation home, or an investment property, I'm dedicated to making the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Beyond real estate, I'm actively involved in the community. I've served on the Board of Directors for the Oak Island Beach Preservation Society and continue to contribute by building bike racks and dog waste bag stations for the organization. Phoebe and I also volunteer at Generations Church in Southport, giving back to the place we now call home.

My deep knowledge of Oak Island, combined with my commitment to integrity, organization, and client education, allows me to offer a real estate experience that is both personal and professional.
