I began as a part-time employee answering phones, became a licensed REALTOR® in 2007, and now serve as the Sales Manager for the Seguin office of Century 21 Integra . In my role, I oversee a team of real estate professionals, driving sales performance through strategic planning, agent development, and business growth initiatives. My responsibilities include recruiting and training new agents, implementing effective sales strategies, managing lead generation, setting performance goals, and providing ongoing support to ensure the team consistently meets revenue targets. I take great pride in fostering a collaborative and high-performing team while ensuring our clients receive the best possible service. Beyond my professional life, my greatest joy is my family. I have been married to my husband, Stanley, for 29 years , and we have two children and three wonderful grandchildren.
